Today will be our longest day distance-wise (524 miles) but it’s on rehabilitated trackage in excellent shape, so we’ll make good time. We leave Carrizozo, change crews in Vaughn and again in Dalhart, stop for a short photostop in Liberal KS, and tie up in Pratt for the evening.
